I am a great believer that good or bad can happen with anyone.But if you are a big believer of feeling gratitude it can help you to come out from that bad trauma.

Two years of Corona teaches many of us great lessons for this human life which God has given to us.Earlier hardly we take care of ourself,family,friends,relatives and our surroundings.After Corona we come to be aware the importance of all these.

These past two years brought lots of positivity and taught us how to make the balance between work-life balances.

Write a Gratitude List Daily

When you mention the gratitude for a person,place or anything you become more positive about that thing.

When you write gratitude daily for them you become more positive for them.

I have made a gratitude diary since 2019 and write gratitude for all those people who are connected with me.I have been writing for two years but in the middle of years I stopped to write.Now again I started to write.It makes me more happy,positive and content towards life.

One can also begin to write the gratitude journal and see the change.No one is looking for the best version of your gratitude,you are showing the gratitude for yourself and for them.

Giving gratitude makes you lighter for the person,place and things.

So we all have so many things to be grateful for,but consciously we forgot to give thanks to them.Once you become consciously aware of your list see the change.

Gratitude practice changes the way of your thinking.

Many studies confirm the positive impact on our lives after writing a Gratitude Journal.

Nevertheless,consistently writing a Gratitude Journal helps you a lot.

One can begin writing a Gratitude Journal:

  • Make a fixed time for writing your Journal.
  • Write the same thing daily until that will not be absorbed completely into your subconscious mind.
  • Make a diary in which you can write.
  • Don’t miss a single day in writing the journal.
