How to Clean the clutter from your brain in 2022

We all make resolutions for the new year.Some make for better physical health,some for better finance,some for better relationships.Undoubtedly,all these things are very important for our life.

But I made a resolution to clean up the clutter from my mind in 2022..Clutter in my mind can be anger,disgust,fear,hateful,humiliated,rejected,insecure,anxious,scared,aggressive,frustrated,distant.

Undoubtedly,modern technology helps us in teaching us so many things in a minute.We all are seeking more knowledge,more information,more money,more power,more wealth.

But if we do not use technology wisely this causes our brain only to heap up the clutter and it creates anxiety,stress and frustration in us.

To clean up that clutter from our brain

  • We need to be spiritually strong,bring simplicity and self discipline into our life.
  • Self awareness.
  • Try to find out your passion that gives you inner happiness,don’t copy others.
  • Clarity in your thoughts.
  • Try to develop an attitude of forgiveness

Meditation is the best medicine to clean up the clutter from your brain.Close your eyes and feel the breath and go with your breath.Forget about the outside world think about your inside world this gives you the tranquillity into your brain and helps in cleaning the clutter.

I know it’s a little tough for the beginner but consistent practice helps you in mastering it.
