Writing takes you to the other part of inner self realisation.

Early morning writing is a meditation writing.Your thoughts which are residing into your subconscious mind comes on to the paper. When you write you will get the clarity of thoughts.Sometimes there may be anxiety and depression due to those thoughts will automatically go away.During writing meditation your complete focus is on writing.

Every day I wake up with my pen, diary and lamp.My spouse and kids sleep next to me without disturbing them and take up my pen, diary and lamp and write whatever my hand, heart and mind instructs me to write.Sometimes. it could be my thoughts, feelings and emotions other times it could be the things which I am continually learning for self improvement.

I have been so much indulged in my writing that it responds as a meditation for me.During that time I am completely with myself and with my writing. My heart and mind go into the next level of stillness and calmness.

“When you arise in the morning, think of what a privilege it is to be alive,to think,to enjoy,to live.”-Marcus Aurelius

Meditation helps you in knowing yourself better day by day.Meditation touches your soul and I find that meditation into my writing.

Meditation is focus, loss of locus then again reback of focus.

Same thing happened with me in the past, while I was writing. My pen flows on to the paper after sometimes it stops and thinks for a while then again it starts moving with the number of thoughts on to the paper. After doing consistently writing this writing pattern when changes into meditation I never come to know.

During morning writing I don’t check for grammar, spellings, paragraphs, pictures and whatever is required for making one’s article fascinating and readable.During the second sitting of my writing I check all these things.

How you do Writing Meditation

Here’s a step to step guide on how to do a writing meditation.

  • Keep your diary, pen and lamp next to you.As your alarm beeps, stop the alarm and take up your pen, diary and lamp in your hands. After taking them take a few deep breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth and focus on your breaths for few seconds.
  • Start putting your pen on the paper and write whatever comes into your heart and mind.In the beginning it will be very demotivating for yourself as your page will be turning blank and blank. It’s completely normal for newbies just develop the habit of sitting and take the pen and diary and thinking.Gradually your pen will begin to write on to your diary.Day by day this habit of writing turns into the meditation.
  • Set the timer or decide the number of words or pages.
  • Start writing.Don’t stop until you will reach the time or page limit.Don’t stop to think about what you are writing, have written or want to write.Just write.Don’t Edit or reread.
