120 minutes of my morning routine

Do you want your lifestyle healthy?

Do you want success in personal,professional,social,physical life?

Simply follow the morning routine.During Pandemic my life completely changed.Honestly,speaking I was not aware where I will be after one year.In which orbit I will be.

Me and my spouse decided to follow the morning routine and we decided to begin this routine from baby steps.In the beginning we gave 45 minutes gradually we increased it up to 120 minutes.You can also try this.

JOURNALING

Generally the first thing which many people do is grab the phone and just check the social sites,comments,likes,dislikes or simply read the news on their phones.But my first thing is my pen and diary and I write whatever comes into my mind.Writing gives clarity to your thoughts and make you more self aware.This helps you in planning your whole day.

You get the wisdom while writing and you become more affirmative.During morning time there is so much silence and peace.Thoughts are in rhythm while writing in the morning with me.

I write because I feel good.

HYDRATION

Daily before leaving my bed I thank god for everything which they have given to me and my family.

Later I drink a glass of warm water to make my body hydrated.In that water I add 2–4 leaves of tulsi as tulsi has antimicrobial,anti-allergic and anti-inflammatory properties.

WALK

I go for a walk and connected myself to the nature.It’s so relaxing and refreshing.During walk I give my gratitude to such a beautiful environment.I feel that each cell of my body gets rejuvenated and filled with positivity.I make promise to my body that I will take care of my body forever.

MEDITATION/YOGA

Meditation is such a powerful tool which connects you to your soul.At this point you realise that you are not just a body you are beyond your body and you have to take care of your body as well as soul.

Meditation helps you physically,emotionally,mentally and physically.

Praying is talking to the universe.

Meditation is listening to it.

POSITIVE INPUT

After completing meditation we used to hear spiritual discourse for 15–30 mins.Regular listening to any spiritual discourse is immensely beneficial.If you regularly listen to or attend a spiritual discourse,your mind will neither go astray nor engage in futile thoughts.

TEA/COFFEE

Since I was a teenager I have loved tea.I know many people told me not to take tea it’s kind of addiction it has caffeine not good for health.But I don’t know I have a some connection with it.Whenever I sit with a cup of hot tea I can feel it’s smell it’s taste it’s color bubbles in the mug.

Tea gives me warmth and coziness.😀

This healthy morning routine brings more strength and positivity in my life.

I am not strictly attached to this routine.Right now I follow this routine and enjoy it.In the future maybe I will get aware of some more interesting routines then i will change my morning routine and follow that one.

Life is big, nothing is permanent, time changes similarly morning routine is also not fixed.You can also make your own routines and follow them with your loved ones.
